Dear Suitsupply, I was really excited when I found out about Suitsupply. I didn't know what excited me more - the clothes or the prices (of course it was the clothes). The rest of the experience, however, was painful, to say the least. I got an email telling me that my package had arrived at my home address. I was home and it wasn't. I contacted customer service where I spoke to a lovely and helpful clerk who helped me find my package. Which, it turns out was sent to an ups access point. Not really a problem in itself. More the inconvenience of having to retrieve that information myself when it so easily could have been included in the email. Anyway, when I arrived at the ups access-point they asked me for a tracking number, I checked my email and I found nothing. So once again I turned to customer service, where an equally lovely person helped me out. I got home and opened the box enthusiastically. The trouser looked really good so I tried them on. I'm 193 cm tall and slender. The trousers were at least 8-10 cm too long. And the rest of the fit was equally disappointing. Never mind! You can't expect to get the right size on your first try, now can you? So I tried returning the pants, which of course didn't go very well. Suitsupply's webpage just kept sending me in circles. After yet another contact with customer service, with yet another lovely person, who helped me fill out the form I took a new size test and sent for a new pair. If you have read this far, you can just start again from the top because the second time around was exactly the same. So here I am, having spent 4-5 hours to get a pair of trousers and with no trousers to show for it. Today, exhausted by the thought of having to go through it again. I sent the pair back asking for a refund. Can you guess what happened? That's right! The webpage didn't work. So I called customer service and they fixed it for me. Hail customer service! But the rest is just high-level BS... Sincerely, SL

Fantastic service all way around. There is always enough staff and they are all more than knowledgeable about materials as well as style and trends. In-house tailor does the job to perfection. If you want a suit in the Copenhagen are, Suitsupply is definitely worth stopping by!!
Really great fabrics and selection of items. Highly recommend the suits (obviously) and their dress shirts. Maybe avoid the shoes. Great service too!
To get is a receipt for your purchase is a huge challenge with this company system. I wasted so much time trying to get my receipt online even if it was promised to be sent by email.
