The good thing is they open 24hours but I'm confused that pharmacy lady said she can only sell Sinupret to me for my headache. The Sinupret is cost 120dkk 20dkk of out of hours surcharge. The medicine doesn't help my headache so I go to buy Panodil in other pharmacy next days. The Panodil is cost 23dkk. So I was surprise if Steno Apotek only sell special medicine?

Good for being open 24hrs, but lack of knowledge and told me miss leading information for the duration I should take my medicine for. If you dont know, I can find out elsewhere, but please dont act like you can answer it.

Never had a bad experience here (but full disclosure, I have a friend who works here)

The student there was very rude! Talking to me on a very arrogant way! Horrible. I hope that she will improve.

Worst ever They tried twice to sell me a useless cream (one i bought, the other time no) instead of explaining to me that I needed prescription to buy the right cream for the problem. One week using the useless cream and being in pain due to this greedy people and the lack of knowledge and honesty. Embarrassing.

Can be crowded due to the numbering system for service. Help from pharmacist was good. Typical prices for city and business center.

70 for 1 ITEM! Needless to say, I didn't buy it from them, I said I would rather die than pay that much for medicine! Also a gay member of staff discriminated against me for being straight. Avoid at all costs. Better bring medication from home. Don't recognise exemptions from any other EU countries. Queuing system even if there is no queue ( take a ticket)

I'm giving this pharmacy a perfect rating because they were like a miracle when I was incredibly sick. I didn't have time to see a doctor and needed to catch a train. Upon their suggestion, I was able to phone a doctor from the pharmacy (for 300dkk, no insurance). Within minutes after describing symptoms, a prescription was sent and I was out the door. My medicine was a basic antibiotic, so it was very cheap as well. My experience with them was pleasant and efficient. Perhaps it was due to normal business hours (9am), or certain staff, but they were incredibly helpful. Thank you again!
