In-store shopping
We had hard time finding a right sized bike for my girlfriend (japan) but in this shop we got really nice bikes (jopo) and for the market price. Nice service.

I was visiting my Danish friends for a week and was looking for a rental bike. This was the 3rd shop I walked in and had a good feeling. The service was really good, affordable price and I was really happy with the bike I used for a week. It was a steady bike and everything worked well. I would def go back here when I'm back in Copenhagen!
Careful when renting bikes from this fellow! Cheat. Charged 300DKK for two bikes for 24 hours. Not nice and way above market prize. You’ll have to bargain hard I guess when you set foot in this shop.
WORST BIKE SHOP EVER. Brought a bike for repair. The man changed the gear saying my one was broken (300kr). After the gear was changed I pick the bike but it's worse than before. So he made me change the back wheel too (500kr). I ask to bring the old broken gear home with me but he said he already threw it away (lie). Finally I get the repaired bike and after 5 minutes biking the back wheel starts shaking again.
Do not waste time going there if you have an expensive bike because the guys do not even have right tools for fixing bikes. But if you have a simple problem on your cheap bike, you can get it fixed quite cheap
Do not buy a bicycle here. I bought a used bicycle and found the wheel to be wobbling very severely the next day. When I went back to have the bike-seller fix it, he told me that I had broken the bike by bumping it against a curb. The break is also old and worn down. This store will sell you broken bikes with broken parts. Do not waste your time or money. Go elsewhere, to people that run an honest business.
Never ever again. This retailer sells used bikes which are in bad conditions. Right after 2 months, my chain started to make a dubious noise and I brought my bike to the shop to get a fix. He ignored the fact that there is a mandatory legal guarantee on used bikes at all - even in DK - and wanted to make more money so I would have to pay a fee to get rid of my bike problem. When I explained him that he can not ignore the guarantee he still refused to fix the issue! Zero customer-orientation, zero fulfillment of guarantee issues, zero quality ... Never again!
Poor quality stuff. Sells used bikes saying he has repaired them but weeks later the bike acts up.. gear box was screwed up. Wouldn't recommend at all.
