I promised the worker that if I was satisfied with her service I will give her a review. I was in the office to get some bubble wrap. There was a sweet girl named milla I think her name was, she helped me in a really god way and was very service minded. It’s rare to find service I Denmark... She also offers me a free tour on the facility and a talk about storage. but I said no because I don’t need storage. But it’s good to know if I’m gonna need it some day.
Bought some supplies at the main desk. Very friendly staff. Update... don't buy their packing tape. It won't cling to cardboard well (of all things).

I chose Shurgard to store extra furniture after a move to Denmark. Patrick was incredibly helpful, showed me several units and helped me pick one that would fit my belongings. The entire process took about 20 minutes, and the service level was excellent. They are 10 min from the Metro or a bus stop. I highly recommend.
