Believe the hype: Selma always delivers. A modern take on smørrebrød full of flavor, with a great selection of beers and snaps to go along with your food. The beef tartare is a must — I think I could eat that every day.
Great upscale Danish open faced sandwich place. If you will try smorrebrod in one place let it be here. It's slightly pricey but you get what you pay for and being a Mikkeller restaurant you know it will be cool. I would recommend the more classic flavours rather than the more out there meat ones. Would definitely go again
This is superb contemporary open face sandwiches, with soul. The respect for the ingredients and the attention to balance in the flavors, is evident. This place is a treat.
Fantastic. Cozy. Food is well balanced with real seasoning and natural ingredients. Not overly salty. Service is attentive. I went with 4 dishes plus dessert. Three would have been filling enough.
Truly one of the best meals of my life. I can't recommend the herring and the confit chicken highly enough, but I am excited to go back and try everything on the menu. I was alone and my waiter Simon was so friendly and warm and explained each dish to me thoughtfully and passionately. I will be back soon!
Amazing experience. The food is tasty and elegant. Professional service and adeguate price for Copenhagen's standard. To whom wrote that the service is slow: this is not a fast food.
The food is of outstanding quality, as well as how it is presented and the drinks menu. More attention should be payed to the bread, as it does not reflect the same quality of all the other ingredients. In terms of the design of the restaurant there's a lack of attention to details (for example the toilets are kinda awful compared to all the rest). Overall the experience was very good but not superb.
