Wonderful place to enjoy sunshine and great food outdoors, instantly feels like you are on vacation - reminds me of Cannes and Mediterranean Riviera

One of the most disappointing restaurant visits I had in Copenhagen. I ordered the lobster menu that was supposed to be for 2 people for 700kr. From the photo, that it's all what we got. Despite looking all pretty, the food was mediocre and the portion was super small! Not even one person could have gotten full from this. You even had to order your food yourselves on the phone and pick it up by the counter, so there wasn't even a service you were paying for. While you're in a group of people, everyone received the order in different times which made the whole experience less enjoyable and cozy. The music was too loud. The waiters didn't even see me so I ended up not ordering drinks the whole evening..As we were still hungry and complained about the small amount of food, one of the co-owners and head chefs compensated us with some toast and butter (which we could literally have gotten from Netto too!!). Obviously that was the biggest joke of the evening and I left feeling ripped off, hungry AND with a bad stomach. Not worth the money - bad concept and bad service. Go spend your money somewhere else where you can get a legit 3 course menu for the price. Can't recommend.

Was very excited to try the reincarnation of Toldboden as it is such an idyllic spot to sit outside on the Copenhagen harbor. Could not have been more frustrated with the experience. Our group of 8 was originally squished into a table with three to a bench seat and two at the ends facing the parking lot. We were then moved to the "deck" and still with the awkward 3-man bench seats. While paper menus are at each table, to order you must scan a QR code and place your order linked to your specific table number. Each person or pair can order for themselves from the 7 separate little restaurants inside. We wanted to sample a little something from several - but here's the flaw in the concept. After pre-paying for your food from your phone, you await a text message that each item is ready to pick up. Unless you remember exactly what you ordered from each place - and with no pictures on the app - it's difficult to keep track of which dish was ordered from where as the text message doesn't tell you what item is ready. Once you've tracked all of your orders down, you have be a professional server yourself carrying back all the specially plated small dishes back to your table or go back 5-6 times (depending on how many dishes you ordered.) It's disruptive to the dining experience - especially in a group. We all ate at different times - and sometimes main before starters. Half the time, someone at the table had to excuse themselves to go pick up their next dish after disrupting the other two diners on your shared (awkward) bench seats. Servers are supposed to take drink orders and bring to your table, but we found it quicker to get from the bar ourselves. Some of the dishes were delicious, but others mediocre for the price. I wouldn't recommend. I would be fine ordering and paying via an app, but then servers should bring out the food. It didn't seem like the concept cut down on man-power, but upped customer frustration.

7 chefs - all with a Michelin restaurant background have opened their own little restaurant within SEASIDE - so for a casual high end experience this is new place in town.

Definitely NOT worth a visit - I tried the whole lobster from HAIDAN that is supposedly meant for 2 people at a cost of 700 DKK. The food itself was mediocre, but the biggest disappointment was the portion size. Except for a small lobster tail, a handful peas and one green asparagus there was nothing really to eat (not to mention to share with another person). The staff at HAIDAN was not friendly when I suggested to simply remove the "2 pers." indication on the menu since it's misleading. so in essence: if you like overpriced, mediocre food that wont blow your mind and with no real service then it's the place to be.

Ringe koncept! Man skal bestille og betale maden via en hjemmeside. Du får sms'er, når din mad er klar, som du så selv skal hente på de forskellige køkkener indendørs. Du kommer til at løbe flere gange, da maden ikke er klar på samme tid, og det bliver ekstra træls, hvis I er en gruppe. Maden smagte både okay og fremragende og serveres på rigtig service frem for pap og engangsservice (stort plus for mig!), meeeen sammen med deres nul-service-koncept og priser i overklasse, hænger det bare ikke sammen. 2 pers. 700 kr. for mad, 400 kr. for drikke (2 små glas vin, 2 Aperol spritz). Er du tourist og måske vil have lidt mere for dine penge, så hop på havnebussen lige ved siden af og sejl 1 stop over til Reffen streetfood market (åben om sommeren) på den anden side af havnen.
