The bikes are fantastic and people are friendly. But they charged me for the first service, because I didn’t have my booklet with me. (Even-though they could see my bike record in their system) I was told that I will be reimbursed when I bring my booklet, but when I went back with my booklet, I was told that the responsible person is not there and they could not reimburse me!

Bought a brand new bike from Saxil a month ago and been to the shop twice already, planning a 3rd trip this week. Not very happy with the purchase....will probably put the bike for sale and buy a different brand.

I went in for a bike repair and I got great service, super nice attendants and my bike is now all freshened up. It is however not the cheapest out there.

Kanon service. Har oplevet mange cykelværksteder i København, som har udnyttet at der kommer intetanende kunde ind af døren for så at skifte en masse dele til en høj pris. I mit tilfælde kom jeg ned og jeg frygtede en stor tur med ny krank Osv. Saxil meldte tilbage at en stramning af kæden ville være tilstrækkelig. Det er bare pisse god stil at tænke på kundens behov fremfor at tænke max profit! Tak!
