What a great place to enjoy a laid-back but elegant evening! I am always sure to meet dedicated and knowledgeable waiters, who only serve the highest quality food and wine. The service is attentive and flexible. The attention to detail in the kitchen is meticulous. There are both the traditional, vegetarian and even vegan options on the menu and the crème brûlée is to die for! Last time I had the delicate shrimps, the celeriac with black trumpet mushrooms and fried mallard. Will be coming back again!
There has been a change in kitchen concept, which, to my taste, is not for the better. The 3 stars are for the location and impeccable service. Visiting regularly, so I hope my rating can go back to the 5 stars, when the kitchen is back on track.

Great hotel bar with hotel prices. Would be 5 stars all day with normal price tags. Then again the ambiance is almost worth it if you're just looking for a quiet place to relax with a drink.
Within the gorgeous Admiral hotel lies the Salt restaurant. Great service, delicious cuisine and a perfect wine pairing.
