Not the best place. Be aware if you take it as a company they might charge you extra. Though on a pizitive note if your time expires and you are close to finishing it they will let you with 5 minutes extra compared to othe competitors that open the door imediately when the time goes out. Sometimes an hour its not enough. Though i don.t specifically recommend them

The experience wasn't good and wouldn't recommend the place. The game didn't start on a good note and ended bad. We didn't get a good game master that put us in the mood for the fun of the game. They emphasised too much on not destroying any of the props that we were too afraid to touch anything. It limited our capacity from thinking outside of the box. They have a 10mn pause for hints and one time we asked for a hint it took them about 5mn to respond. The puzzles were not always logical. When we eventually finished the hour without success, someone else came in to get us out and was not even interested to show us the remaining puzzles or answer our questions and couldnt even remember how to solve the puzzles. I've lost before in other rooms but never felt disappointed with an experience as much as I did there.
Had fun here with work colleagues in an 'Escape Room'! Good team bonding exercise. Comes recommended.
Went with 3 friends to try an escape room in Copenhagen. We tried the Seven-room, and had a very good introduction with a very passionate staff member. However, shortly into the escape room, we ran into puzzles that wouldn't open - combination locks which didn't fit with the combination we were trying. Obviously, this meant we kept searching for an alternate solution, until we had to ask for a hint, confirming we'd been right the first time. Eventually our game master came, and she couldn't open the lock either, and instead had to pass us our next clue directly. There were at least 3 other instances of unlocks/next steps not working, (I won't spoil them here) and although our game master was very apologetic and gave us some extra time, it meant that we harboured doubts about the puzzles every time we didn't solve them immediately, the experience was somewhat blemished, and we didn't finish in time. In retrospect, I regret not asking for a reduction in price afterwards, as it was not worth the 280 kr we each paid, not when there are cheaper ones available.
Awesome escape rooms and great game! It was the first time that we played in escape rooms and we really enjoyed the experience. We did the Lost Symbol and had a blast! We will definitely come back to escape from the other room..
Unfortunately they didn't have our booking even though we recieved a receipt. We were able to play anyways but we recieved no information on the room whatsoever. The room itself (seven) was full of do not touch signs which made it very difficult to see what we were expected to find. The puzzles were repeated multiple times and they certainly weren't all logical. We didn't make it out and when we asked how to get out they couldn't remember how. Their prices are also higher than others in Copenhagen. There are many other better places in Copenhagen to escape from (have escaped from 15 plus escape rooms).
Tried The Ring room, and it was pretty creepy. The puzzles were ok, but not fantastic. The live performer was excellent! But in spite of several fans it was horribly hot in the room, we were all sweating profusely by the time we got out, and it was hard to focus due to the heat.
