We had to cancel an appointment well in advance. In order to get the refund (as promised in the terms & conditions) I have contactacted the company multiple times now via email, FB and phone in the last weeks and have not received ANY response. I can understand if money is tight for you at the moment but simply not answering is really, really bad customer service.

We had a wonderful time at this spa! It was absolutely amazing ! The service from the owner him self was outstanding ! He made us feel so welcome ! We will defiantly go there again, no doubt ! The price is very reasonable for the quality and service ! We would highly recommend this spa!
The guy running it was super accommodating. It really is very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place. I went here my last day in Denmark and I found it really affordable.

Complete scam!!! Took my money for online booking and was closed when I arrived. I'm just hoping I'll get my money back eventually. **** this place. Moved my whole day around to be here and now it is too late to change plans or book a massage. Really needed something today.
I've never been to a Spa before in Copenhagen, but I can tell you I won't be going to any others but this one. What a great experience this was. The owner is amazing. Funny, nice and helpful. The place itself is perfect. Awesome steam room with the chairs. Super relaxed atmosphere. All at a crazy low price. Go. You will not regret it.
So relaxing! Perfect after a long day or a long night. Super, super reasonably priced! They were so friendly. They have beer, wine and champagne there that was also reasonably priced. Bring a swimsuit if possible. The steam room was my favorite!
