Excellent parking lot situated smack bang in the centre of Copenhagen. Super easy to park here and there is always plenty of room. Parking can be expensive but that is the same anywhere in Central Copenhagen.
Very big parking space but there are not much intructions and can be confusing for the first timer. Many entrances which is convenient though.
Such a frustration if you are an electrical car owner looking for a charging station. In the entrance, there is one sign that bears the charging station symbol but does not bear any specific directions to it. So, I took the gate in the middle to -2. After driving in circles and not being able to find any charging options, I headed for -3 and still failed to find any. Then, the path leads to the exit gate, making it impossible to go to -1. I was charged for 20DKK for lack of directions. I made a circle from exit to entrance again; this time took the entrance on the left to -1. This second trial was even more frustrating. There are only two charging stations with fixed sockets that got fast charging cables but only Type I. Other chargers were occupied with Green something carpool, chargers specific to them. Although we had both the Type II fast charger and the ordinary plug options, there were no charging stations available for either at all. Moreover, we were forced to pay another 20DKK for this second trial. For a city like Copenhagen, not having a proper charging station in a car park of this scale is not acceptable. On top of that, forcing environmentally cautious car owners to pay even for searching charging stations is unreasonable. This car park, recommended by both charging station maps and hotel reception, is a scam if nothing else.
Excellent location and easy to use but very expensive
Lots of availability and friendly staff. Only downside is the pricing, but tbf all of Copenhagen is crazy pricy. The upside here is you don’t have to look for a parking spot.
Absolutely shameless pricing and you can't pay by card. By the time we managed to get some cash the price more than doubled to around 15. Think twice about using this car park!
Always available spaces. Ideal for going to Torvehallerne, Statens Museum for Kunst, etc.
