PostNord is simply incompetent. Parcels are lost or severly damaged. They ring the wrong door bells and instead of just dropping it at the same day to the closest service point, they will bring it to a random one the next day. Try to avoid using PostNord! Do not support such a bad managed company who simply doesn't care about its customers.

Sadly I have to give this place 1 start. I had several packages delivered there and there was a problem with them most of the time. Sometimes the employee didn't even bother to look for the package and just told me to contact the service hotline. They are as impolite as they are incompetent.
