My screen was broken and I simply wanted to have it changed. They also did that in a very short time and it looked good - until I switched on my phone and realised that it had been reseted and needed to be configured from scratch! Luckily enough I had a reasonable recent backup in the iCloud so I could restore it, but first of all that takes time and is simply very tiresome! Second you do loose data. And third this should simply not happen in a professional shop! We changed screens ourselves before and that never has happened. This time we wanted to save time and brought it to the shop. Bad decision. We complained about it and argued that we are now left with a mess after their \service\, expecting some sort of forthforming. We got the sloppy answer back that we could have the old screen on it again or have 50% discount. In a customer-oriented business this is not really appropiate. They made a mistake and we still have to pay 50% which is multiple the cost of the screen itself if we had done it ourselves. We ended up talking to the manager, but there we were even blamed that we wanted to cheat on them (!!! of course I always enjoy configuring my phone!!! seriously?!). So all in all - we had several screen changes (done by ourselves and other shops) and never had an issue. Fact is that there was an mistake on their side while changing the screen and they were first totally denying it and secondly not willing to show any appropiate forthcoming.

Købte ny bagside til min samsung s10 da den gamle havde fået revner. Blev betjent af en ung gut uden megen fornemmelse for kunde service men bagsiden blev hurtig skiftet og leveret til en fornuftig pris på 500 kr. Mindre ind en uge senere er bagsiden igen fuldstændig revnet uden jeg har tabt den. Lad vær og køb reparationer her. De bruger billige uoriginale reperationsdele fra Kina. Det er ikk prisen værd.
