Great place. Fantastic decor and atmosphere. Friendly staff and excellent food well presented. We went as a party of 7, 4 of which had lamb which looked great. Wife had a steak which was cooked to perfection, I had the burger which was superb. Only downside (if you're not from Copenhagen) was the 500 bill. But that did include 3 bottles wine, 4 pints and 4 liqueur coffees

An experience worth partaking! Great service and delicious food. There is also a fireplace which provides added charm.

Ordered 4 dishes Sole meunière. A classic French dish. A skinned Dover sole dredged in flour, pan fried in butter and served with brown butter sauce, sautéed spinach and small new potatoes Mixed cut of braise Danish lamb from Varde Ådal a family-run organic farm, served with pointed cabbage, green beans, small new potatoes and tarragon flavoured stock Lamb was perfectly cooked, sooooo tender and flavourful. First time having pointed cabbage, i found it’s sweeter than regular cabbage Strip filet served with Provençal butter, grilled green asparagus, small new potatoes and red wine sauce. It was meh Danish beef tartare with whole grain dijon mustard garnish with pickled kohlrabi, microgreens and a drizzle of some unknown green sauce. Sooooo darn good

Their classic burger was very good, cooked exactly like I wanted it (medium rare). The square with a fountain outside made for a nice atmosphere while eating.
