Good parking spot if you have a small car... super narrow and hard to get out with a medium car... I drive a Volvo V60... Don't recomend parking here with bigger/longer cars!

Can't pay with debit. The app (EasyPark) that supposedly can be used to pay for parking automatically gave the wrong parking location. Instructions for payment in the parking area were very unclear, or rather, there were barely any instructions. There's an old machine that i only noticed because i saw someone else standing there, otherwise I wouldn't have seen it. Entry and exit is unclear. It's as if they try to make everything as unclear as possible so that they can hand out fines left and right. I don't see why they can't just make use of a barrier that only opens when you take a ticket. There's also no one around (staff) you could ask help from. Oh but of course, they start appearing when they're handing out the fines. Basically, it's a scam. And other reviews about this place confirm this. Perhaps it would be a good parking place for those who have parked here before, have had previous experience with EasyPark, or have a credit card that by chance works with their ancient machine. Also, the complaint form only allows you to explain your situation in 250 characters. There's also no other way of contacting them (e.g. no e-mail) aside from via post, which would most likely be a complete waste because they probably wouldn't reply. They told me it's the customer's repsonsibility to find out how to pay correctly etc (which we really did try to do), but nobody wants to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to pay for a parking space. Parking is supposed to be something that can be done quickly so that we can get to where we need to be.

Machine doesn’t work. Only read 1 out of 3 credit cards. No service staff at all. They charged me 35 kr for trying to register a second car (the machine thought I was leaving, instead of letting me pay for the second car). The elevator was so small the wheel chair didn’t fit. It should be 0 stars instead of one. Almost forgot, ridiculous prices, 35kr per hour for lousy or better said zero service. Wasted almost one hour to register the parking because the machine had big problems trying to read the credit cards. Private parking in Denmark are all mafia, they literally rip off customers and deliver a lousy service. Its useless to complain to “the official consumer protection agency “ in Denmark, they just send you a standard email saying thank you for your email....they don’t care.

Expensive and like other parking houses in Copenhagen, it is super narrow to get around, and you are afraid of scratching your car. Was a bit confused as to where I could get a ticket, so I had to install a parking app, which was actually working perfectly.

Gammelt hus med charme. Du skal dog holde tungen lige i munden på vejen ud.
