I was interested to buy a property managed by this office, and made an offer (full price) after seeing the flat. The communication was very poor and the whole process not transparent at all. A text message to communicate the outcome is not a big effort and would show a slightly higher standard of business. For sure I was unluckily and I hope next time the agent will be a bit more professional.
