You guys are inconsistent with the quality of your drinks. I have been here many times and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. I ordered espresso tonic this time and it was meh. The amount of tonic was in ppm (parts per million) and it was old and not chilled. In addition there was no lime wedge this time.

Francesco Impallomeni and Nordhavn Coffee Roasters team shared with students from the University of Copenhagen their great experience to obtain high quality coffee. Their excellent presentation included a brief session to show them how to cup. Students come from different countries such as US, Polland, Sri Lanka, Spain, Italy, Hungary, China, Croatia and Russia. All were highly pleased with this visit. Thank you!!

TL;DR Absolute emphasis on quality with the infrastructure to back it up! A great roastery with amazing equipment and better people! Free parking available on street. Enjoy! If you reside in Copenhagen, or are visiting (like we have), then you are in luck! There are a number of great roasters to visit, and we look forward to reviewing all of the ones we had the pleasure of enjoying. Foremost, Nordhavn Coffee Roasters. Prior to arrival we spoke with Francesco (CEO), and although he was away at origin he was nice enough to arrange for us to meet with his roaster, John, and head barista at the time we visited, Lasse. We could not be more impressed with NCR's knowledge, quality, and experience. We cupped a number of coffees including a great coffee from Thailand which is an upcoming origin to look forward to. Above all, we shared great conversation and great coffee. That is what specialty coffee is about, and they certainly know how to build a community around their product/service. Also important, and deserving of its own line: Lasse pulled us the best shot of espresso we have had to date. That Rwandan Rushashi. Oh my, it tasted as if we were eating our way through an orange: zest, then fruit sweetness, with a bright citrus acidity, and an absolutely refreshing finish! Thank you for that. We. Will. Never. Forget! Instagram @coffeepourfavor Found this helpful? 'Like' it below! Let us know! Coffee: Specialty grade and sourced via frequent trips to origin. Equipment: All beans roasted on an awesome Giesen. Espresso dialed in tight and pulled on a San Remo, Opera. The group head is massive and the machine, beautiful. Check out other equipment the provide, maintain, and educate customers with at their HQ. Cafe Racer, we're looking at you! Location: Located in an industrial area not too far from the city. It's quiet, and an awesome experience set apart from other roasters in the neighborhood! Instagram @coffeepourfavor

Francesco Impallomeni and his associates gave us a splendid introduction to the world of specialty coffee - excellent presentation and really fine cupping practice for all participants!

Delicious roasts. Well-developed and sweet, with none of the cup-of-lemonade sourness that, at least for my own personal taste, I don't love, and that I find to be the norm around here
