I worked for 3 months with Niels, During our coaching I progressed significantly in the following areas: -freestanding Handstand -Pancake and side split mobility -Front lever and tuck planche strength -handstand push ups against the wall. Specifically I was able to hold a freestanding handstand for 5-10 seconds after our coaching much more consistently than before. Previously I could hold it for that time only very rarely, while now I achieve this hold time several times every workout. His programming pushed me to progress much more than I previously thought possible. I also started with a weakish tuck Front Lever, and am now able to hold a Flat tuck front lever (the next progression) for around 10 seconds, and feel confident I can improve that even further in the future. I am now able to touch the floor with my head in the pancake position, and am already on my way to almost touching my chest… I never experienced such a consistent improvement in mobility throughout a three month period. Same goes for the side split, which improved a lot. My handstand push ups also improved - before I did very small ROM partials, while now my ROM is much deeper and I’m on the way to going down all the way. Overall I can only recommend to you working with Niels if you have bodyweight strength and mobility goals. It is hard to find great coaching in this area. Niels is a great coach that has a very customized approach to your unique goals and lifestyle situation. I actually went to one of his seminars in Kopenhagen a few years ago, which is why I thought of trying his online coaching. I’m happy I did it - it gave me the extra accountability I needed and gave me some fresh ideas on how to organize my training. So 5/5 stars from me! -Felix

tl;dr: Niels er en super træner, hvis du overvejer en personlig træner så vælg ham! :) Jeg var kørt lidt sur i styrketræning; jeg synes det var kedeligt, jeg kom ingen steder og jeg begyndte at mærke diverse skavanker og stivheder. Jeg tænkte at min måde at træne nok ikke var ideel så jeg ville prøve noget nyt, mere alsidig og sjovere og det må man sige Niels' træningsstil er! Jeg kom til Niels uden noget specifikt plan eller mål, men dem hjalp Niels mig med at finde. Vi har sammen fået skabt en struktur omkring min træning så jeg får det gjort og gør fremskridt, træningerne er sjovere og kortere end før, jeg er fr af skavanker og jeg kan lave alle mulige bevægelser jeg ikke turde drømme om før. Som kirsebær på toppen kommer træningsplan i en super lækker app der gør det nemt at tjekke teknikken og logge fremskridt. Niels er super pålidelig, chill og rar - jeg ved sgu ikke hvem der ikke svinger med ham. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra!

Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale Niels som personlig træner. Jeg fik ham anbefalet af en ven, og træningen har levet op til mine forventninger. Han er grundig og god til at skræddersy et træningsprogram, som virker enkelt og effektivt.
