Got a regular manicure, the polish was old and they added acetone to the polish to finish my manicure. Didn’t even last 48hrs and the polish has been crumbling off my fingers. “They only fix gel manicures” so don’t waste your money getting a regular manicure or bring your own nail polish!

Only cash accepted for services which is very unusual in Denmark. There is potential red flag of tax evasion. We were forced to pay cash and got an receipt that didn’t contain any service description or tax amounts. I booked pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was fine, but manicure was not good enough. The service person didn’t clip my nails assuming that all women like claws. I ended up removing polish I paid for, clipping my nails on my own and painting them again. Waste of money.

I Was here from out of town wanted pedicure. Salon itself was nice. The girls were friendly. However I went in wanting a pedicure.... she automatically gave me most expensive pedicure without asking. So much to my sunrise received a 65 pedicure... I was supposed to receive a massage but only received a salt scrub no massage...which was very painful and the used hot water on my raw skin which also didn’t fee good... the girl was Very nice. Just not much attention to detail...

Real good pedicure I was a visitor of a Congress at the Bella Center and the nail studio was close by and has the possibility to walk in without an appointment. Friendly staff and great foot massage perfect nail polish.

Absolutely worst nail salon I've ever been too. Made an appointment a few days ago for me and my grandma ended up waiting half an hour just for them to start. They didn't even soak our hands in water to soften the cutical and nails. So it was very painful for my grandma and I, I felt like she rushed it and put no effort. Also WAY over priced, especially for the lack of customer service and sanizization. The experience was awful I wish I just walked out when I did.

Booked an appointment 3 days ago. I show up and no record of it. So when I say that I booked so they must accommodate the very rude guy says at first it’s not his problem. As I was obviously not going away pedicure didn’t start until 20 minutes later. Horribly disorganized. Seems it’s under new ownership from when I was last here. Not coming back again.
