At the beginning I thought all was fine, but not really. I came there with an ecsema on my hand which I struggle with and the doctor said I need a patch test. Had 3 appointments scheduled including the final reading of the test to determine what are the next steps in treatment. When the patch was taken out the day before the final reading I saw a dark pigmented spot and I immediately started worrying that is a pigment which can occur after this test. My skins is prone to pigmentation which never disappears - and it's something I discussed with them prior to the testing and they ensured me it should’t happen. I was really worried and I came there in tears to only find out that it's a 'nurse' not the doctor doing the reading. So it makes sense that the doctor put the patch test on but the 'nurse' is doing the final assessment? Then she said that 'oh no, it's not pigment, we tested you for blue colour allergy.' - great, but why don't you warn me before that it will leave quite a big dark spot? Especially when I addressed my concerns specifically about possible pigmentation or marks. I think out of all places, a dermatology clinic is the one where the staff should understand possible worries of their patients related to skin, even if it’s not a ‘big deal’ in the bigger picture, for the patient it can be a big deal. Also, the nurse told me - 'oh don't worry, I understand you were worried, people come here all the time and get EMOTIAL AND CRY.' Really? Don't you think that maybe the reason is your bad attitude and lack of communiciation and proper explanation?! All it would take is to take 1 min and explain it before testing. She was somewhat nice and tried to sort of ‘save the situation’ in the end but that’s just too late.

Positiv oplevelse. Jeg følte at de lyttede på mig og var forstående overfor mit problem. Det er en sjældenhed hos læger i disse dage.

Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale stedet. Første konsultation: var inde til samtale knap 5 minutter. Måtte selv spørge om vikaren mon ikke lige ville se mine udslæt, hvortil hun svarede: ja ok da, hvorefter hun flygtigt kiggede. Fik så ny tid til lappetest. 3 næste konsultationer: lappetest og aflæsning. 4 konsultation hos selve hudlægen: Det er dit børneeksem der er blusset op (jeg har aldrig haft børneeksem), det er stort set umuligt at finde årsagen. Fremtidig behandling: steroid creme og antihestaminer mod høfeber. Denne diagnose blev baseret uden at lægen på et eneste tidspunkt så mit udslæt. I min verden holder det under ingen omstændigheder. Kan ikke anbefales. Nu må jeg så lede efter ny hudlæge, som gider bruge et par ekstra minutter på lige at se udslættet an og måske oven i købet tage anløb til en mere konkret diagnose.
