Great food experience! The concept of 12 small servings (for a great price) takes you through a lot of different and innovative taste experiences over the course of 3-4 hours. Highly recommended if you are looking to try something out of the ordinary. The atmosphere, drinks and service were excellent as well.

Probably a meal on our personal top 3 ever in Copenhagen! The last time we had a meal with balanced, fantastic flavours, exciting new aromatic combinations and a wine pairing that blew us away was at Geranium. This restaurant outperforms many Michelin stars restaurants we have been to!
This was a top quality and intense dinner experience for our senses. Nordic/local ingredients prepared with a provocative and interesting twist from Korean traditional cuisine. And not to forget a belonging really innovative and complementing drinks menu created by Koan and Empirical in collaboration. In addition a bright and interested staff with the chef himself in front, all ready for explanation, listening and commenting.
Exciting place full of delicious food and drinks! The service is fantastic, fun, friendly and very comfortable. The food is a great mix of Nordic tastes and ingredients, Asian influences as well as fun inputs from all over. Probably the most exciting new place in Copenhagen.

Selvom restauranten er en pop-up, og dermed har eksisteret i kort tid, så har holdet bag formået at skabe en af de bedste restauranter i København. Det er på ingen måde nemt at blive dette, og jeg er derfor dybt imponeret. Drinks menuen der er blevet leveret af cocktailbaren Empirical, som restauranten har et samarbejde med, kan varmt anbefales. Restauranten fortjener Michelin anerkendelse, og jeg håber derfor at den bliver permanent.
