Extremely bad customer service. I tried communicating with them both through chat, mail and by phone, and was unable to get a refund for a purchase i didn't receive. I had to get my refund through PayPal, since the customer service always found excuses as to why the refund wasn't going through... I do NOT recommend buying at this place at all... Edit: I already sent you an e-mail, to which was never replied... I have meanwhile received my refund by escalating my case to PayPal, who got the refund in a few days...

Worst service I've seen in my life. The poor guys that work at the shop have no idea what's going on with the deliveries and the only option they give you is to call a support that never answers. Never again Edit: to be honest what I said above makes no justice. It's even worse, I am still waiting for a product that appears to be in stock and they wouldn't even cancel the order and reimburse my money
Excellent repair service. I dropped in in the Copenhagen store to have my phone diagnosed because of a technical error and received some extremely competent and quick help by their technician Bobby. Problems fixed thanks to you, MyTrendyPhone! I can definitely recommend your services and products.
Day to day delivery option took 3 days to collect percel from there branch in Copenhagen. Much better visit their shop buy same time get membership discount. Get better value for your money and good product. They have many collection for new model smartphone accessories.
