The customer service is great, we felt really supported by the Movinn team in some situations we had and very responsive to our requests-questions. The apartment is in good condition and has everything you need. We even requested more cutlery and they sent it quickly. The complementary cleaning service could be a little bit more in depth from our point of view but still acceptable.

Have been a client of Movinn since June 2020, during this time I've stayed in a total of three different apartments, all in perfect condition. The apartments have all been in states of brand new or to being newly refurbished. I've been living in three different areas of Copenhagen (Amager, Frederiksberg & Inner City) with Movinn and the fully serviced apartments has been located in the best possible areas. Service wise Movinn provides very transparent deals with what you see is what you get and they do it well. If I have anything to say that can be made better it has to be their response rate on phone or email but it hasn't really compromised my overall experience with Movinn.
The service , company and staff are phenomenal. Everything is super easy with them , the apartment that i stayed in was well situated in the center close to shopping, supermarkets, Metro, etc ... everything you need for a short stay even for a long one is in the apartment. Well done guys !

I spent several months in an apartment in Nordhayn, Copenhagen. The quality of the apartment, the equipment as well as the location were very good and I had really a great time. The support team was always very responsive and ready to respond to any request. I had a very positive experience and I feel that I can recommend Movinn to other customers
We've stayed with Movinn for 5 months now and have been very satisfied so far. We've moved and lived in three different Movinn apartments (on our own demand) during our stay and all of them have been great - functional with high quality furniture. Movinn team has been very helpful and accommodating in this process to assure that we feel at home. Some issues have occured over the past few months, but nothing out of the ordinary. Each time we've reached out to Movinn and they've managed to solve the problems within reasonable time as expected. We've met a handful of the employees by now and it's very clear that they all genuinely care about our stay. Recently I recommended Movinn to a family member who has now temporarily moved into one of their apartments.
Stayed in their newly renovated top floor Vesterbro flat - central, convenient, walking distances to everything incl. metro and busses. Its inner city and it is lively (read: noisy) but we loved it. Asked for a table and it was delivered the next morning. Got a superb complimentary clearning service after 4 weeks but found it super easy to maintain ourselves. We are definitely back.
Stayed at Movinn for 24 months at 2 different locations - was extremely happy with both apartments and with the service provided by the team - would stay again and would recommend to others.
