Have asked several times to have my phone nr removed from their database yet I still get calls from these desperate people. What does it take to get some peace and quiet?!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I used Modstrom el for 2 years and I paid lots of money . They did not pay back my deposit and still after 5 month of termination they send the new bill with collection agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They use illegal telemarketing to trick people to becoming a customer. They also state false price estimates that's lower than the spotprice they themself can buy electricity from, so I would stay far away from this horrible company.
The most awful experinceThey promise me 1.50 dkk / kwh , after i joined it's 2.11 dkk, they told me my contract will start in april and it strated on February, also paid 2 invoices ahead with some enormous estimation of usage. They claimed i will pay monthly only what i use, not estimations.
Horror experience. They never managed to explain me the extra costs. Two weeks after quitting their service a “money recovering” company contacted me. They’ve added 1500 kr to the invoice for their service and as penalties. The unpaid invoice had 2 more weeks until the payment deadline.
Wish I could give 0 stars. THE WORST.
Total RIP OFF El company. Worst electricity company in Europe. By lying, they are only thinking of emptying the customer's pocket with a very bad customer service. Very well deserved -10 . I have all documents...
