No US phone number, only 1 location in whole country in FL, and they don't answer either. They don't answer their emails, or understand English. They don't carry enough replacement parts, and the 750W controller in my bike is different from every search result on Google. Lishiu originally made the controller, and now the controllers they have are all 90angles just like the search results. Already emailed Lishiu and tried to call them too. I won't buy a second bike if it takes me 6 months and all this effort just to have 60lbs of scrap metal that costs thousands of dollars!!! Nobody to help, nobody to call. Company in Florida is not even the same company, and has never heard of Mate bikes??!?!?!!

Purchased my bike a month ago; I couldn't be more happy about it. Solid, reliable, and fast! You can drop by their office during working hours and try any bike available. You certainly won't experience something more exciting.

I would like to know where my replacement battery is. You sell them in your shop but you can't send me one? You sad i will finally get it in august, WE HAVE NOVEMBER! The bike came 1 year too late and now it's 1 year since i can't drive it because i don't get my replacement battery what you promised. Why you not send me a battery from your shop? you guys really don't care about customer service, sucks man Sven

Purchased my MATE bike in their very startup phase and remember my order number was # 738. Thought their concept and product was really cool. However, reality is a bad bad build Chinese “quality”. Managed to drive 542km only and the bike started to fall apart. About 10 of the spokes on the back wheel had to be changed. In reality a new back tire to which MATE just claim that their quality was not an issue. Never parked the bike outside but did very fast noticed small rust spots. Managed to sell the bike second hand and wish the new Owners good luck…I learned that electric bikes are cool and will now search for a different quality brand.

Scam! This company takes your money send bikes after more than a year of waiting and when it arrives it's broken. Than they don't respond anymore. These people are deceivers. You can even see how they try to trick people here on google. When you scroll down you see a 5 Star rating from Christian Adel Michael, who gives a 5 Star rating to his own company.

Company does not give any guarantee, and don't respond to any query regarding broken product. It's a complete scam, the product is just cheap Chinese bikes from Aliexpress with a new sticker and a false claim to be danish engineering and design.

I ordered the bike January 16th and 10 weeks later I wrote them an email to find out if it has shipped. Then 4 days later I see advertising for mate x bikes promising 2 week delivery. I contacted mate x again and that’s when the games started. They told me the bike I had ordered is in high demand but they can offer another bike Which they have in stock along with a 100 voucher towards my next purchase. What the ?!!! .... this company has issues

No support, no communication! Been waiting 8 months for parts. Still wating, now close to one year. Looking forward to the one year anniversary of not being able to use my bike! They still email promises, but nothing ever happens. Please save your money and stay clear!
