Their designs are beautiful and PRICEY, but their service level has major flaws. My engagement ring two necklaces and two sets of earrings are from their shop, but they have absolutely no notes of my ring size, my previous purchases etc. Then my husband went in to get me a ring for Christmas, he was told that wasn't possible, as they didn't want to have a lot of stock in case the ring didn't fit - this was not communicated in a nice and polite way, but in a rude manner. However he could get a gift certificate. The gift certificate is a postcard with a handwritten note, no serial number, no stamp, no nothing. So if that postcard when missing.... I went in there to order the ring, they weren't sure if they could produce it anymore, and asked me to call back, when the boss was in. I was told if I caught her on a good day, it might be possible, if not.. Seriously?! So I should just stop by on random dates and hope I'd catch the boss (on a good day) Like I have nothing better to do with my time? I sternly told the employee to talk to her boss and call me back instead. She didn't like it, but agreed. Thankfully she caught the boss on a good day and I still had the postcard (gift certificate). After three weeks, I had still not heard from them, so I called to get a status. They needed a number and a name, I told her, I had received neither, then she couldn't help me. You can try calling next week, then it might be ready..or it might not be...and that's the current status.

Meget kedelig oplevelse. Har købt en alliancering som efterhånden har tabt mange af sine sten. Ringen er 7 år gammel. Jeg har snart brugt flere penge på at få sat nye sten i end selve ringens værdi. Ifølge Marlene Juhl Jørgensen er det almindeligt for hendes allianceringe og jeg kan \derfor ikke forvente en længere levetid på min alliancering\. Hun kalder det almindelig slitage, at jeg må forvente at fatningerne bliver slidt og mine sten ryger ud. Ikke overraskende er hverken Hvelpelund, Hertz eller Halberstadt enige i denne udtalelse medmindre det er dårligt håndværk. En meget skuffende oplevelse.
