Simon, who did my eye exam was very professional and experienced. He did a great job and was very thorough. Steffen, who helped me pick out my glasses was just as brilliant. I'm very happy with the service I have received and ultimately also with my new glases. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I went to the store at Kobmagergade and they told me to order contacts online as it would be faster and I was going out of town. I tried to order the contacts online, but didn't have an account so I called customer service. Customer service said they would send me an email with details for an account, but I never received one. I later called three more times that day, when they finally directed me to go back to the store. Huge waste of time. Will not use Louis Nielsen again. Do not respect other's time.
Experienced opticians, and fantastic customer service. Can't say any negative about the place, except once when they had given an incorrect prescription for a new pair of glasses, but then they spent extra time, going into details of what had gone wrong... all free of charge. On top of that are the free post sale service for their glasses, and once in a while offers they have in the stores... 10/10.
I got extremely good service in Louis Nielsen at Købmagergade when I went there to get a second opinion. Very professional eye examination, they were really good at listeningt to my needs and concerns and delivered the service and the product that is just perfect for me.
Here is where I buy my glasses. Good variety, good prices and great service.
