Very bad service, no one was serving us until we had to ask two different waitresses to serve our table. The food was blend and not worth the money.

We had a rather bad experience at this restaurant. At first the waiter wouldn't seat us inside (although we later found the whole downstairs was empty) then he wouldn't find out if the sushi kitchen was closed or not although he believed it was closed and I ordered something else in the case of the kitchen being closed. There was two happy hour's during the time we were there but the waiter just said it was not avaliable and there was no blankets avaliable although he later gave another guest a blanket. 5 minutes later he apparently had a table inside and we moved. They messed up our orders and I didn't get sushi although a lady at another table was having sushi. Very strange experience and definitely won't be returning.
Went there last week whilst on holiday to Copenhagen. Was looking forward to dining there as I’d walked past a few times and always thought it looked nice. However, the experience in reality wasn’t as nice. The place itself is nice and picturesque, with a nice ambience if it’s quiet. The food was good (perhaps not worth the money paid for it though), but the service was mediocre at best. I asked for a tiny alteration to my meal upon ordering it, and the waitress that served me gave me the most disgusted expression and questioned me multiple times, before accepting what I’d requested so nicely, with slight attitude and writing it down. The way the event unfolded actually made me tear up in front of my boyfriend because of how the waitress went about it. It took about twenty minutes to get the attention of one of the waitresses when we wanted desserts and the bill, which meant we were sat for a while for no reason. As other reviews have said, it seems like a tourist trap. The looks are definitely a lot better than the service for this place.
We went for drinks only so my review is not based on the food. It is conveniently located in one of the Copenhagen's main streets. Inside it's cozy but a little run down. Our drinks were okay, nothing special but also nothing to complain about. Prices are fair, but not cheap. Service could show more attention.
Arrogant waitresses!!! ; the one in upstairs didn't let us sit to an empty table, and sent us to downstairs. The other one in downstairs didn't let us sit to an empty table and asked us to go upstairs. Her behavior was disturbing. I asked her to set a table upstairs then; after few minutes, she came back and told us we can go upstairs.. The same lady waitress upstairs showed us the very same table to sit which she didn't let us to sit three minutes ago. Although we didn't ask her to make a prediction about what we wanted to do, she said that if we wanted to eat, we should pick something instead of pizza. she put the menus on the table and left the scene. she was so dramatic and annoying. We just left the place immidiately. The owner of the restaurant should tell those ladies that the customers are not begging for a free meal there, and the waitresses must treat them equally. Anyway, it was the most worthless five minutes I've spent in my life.
It was nice. There were heaters outside that helped cut the edge off the wind. Payment system was odd. Sit outside, find what you like on the menu, go inside, order and pay, they bring the food out. If you want your appetizers before your main course, you have to tell them I guess.
Oh boy, don't get me started. We were searching for a nice place to have a warm, tasty meal. Instead, we found ourselves sitting in a place that had a very strange vibe. No one was talking, everyone looked incredibly sad. Can't blame them, as our mood was ruined after we got our order. The sauce was very salty, pasta was incredibly dry, the staff members were in denial or just simply delusional to this matter. You would have thought a cocktail would make this whole situation seem a bit better, yet even that didn't save the day. It tasted horrible. The toilets looked ok. When the lights were off. To sum up, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Bad expensive food. Two steaks both ordered medium, one was well done and one was rare. Both tasted nothing. No salt or pepper on the table to try and get some taste into the food. Typical overpriced touristplace. If you do not have many local repeat customers you do not have to care about quality. Also they gave us a table with were low chairs, very uncomfortable for eating. Also just next to the bar and the way from the kitchen, not nice. Do not eat here there are so many places with better food.
