All in all a pleasant experience, all things considered. At the beginning of entering the stairwell, you're greeted with some stairs, then an elevator and then stairs descending? I was really confused, but upon entering the door with the sign, it was a nice bright place. Spoke to the receptionist for about 30 seconds and i could sit down and wait. The waiting room boasts nice comfy chairs, a television that had a nature film on and windows to bring in light. My name was called, i was led into a room, they asked me to confirm my identity and confirm my treatment. The surgeon agreed. I was put into a nice comfy chair, considering i'm 190 kg in weight, i was pleasantly surprised that they didn't judge. They just treated me like any other patient. I was covered nicely so that it could be as clean as possible. The first shot of pain killer hit my optical nerve so my eye was shaking a little bit, but this was soon over. 30-45 seconds passed, and he began poking and prodding. At some point i felt some more pain, and he simply moved to a different area. After opening my tooth up, i had a surge of pain and instantly he relieved it with another shot. It felt like 10 seconds, must have been 3 or 4 at max. He continued and considering the state of my tooth, did an outstanding job. I have had so many bad experiences with dentists and my teeth, that i developed anxiety. There was no reason to be anxious here. Sure it hurts a little, but that's a tooth coming out, the pain was less than 15 seconds total, and it was VERY bearable. I was constantly asked if i was okay. 15 minutes later, and 2 teeth out of my mouth, i'm able to go back home. Not only was the entire thing very professional, but also very caring. Highly recommended specialists! I had my tooth removed there and was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and customer service. Also if you have a dentist fear like I do then this is definitely the place for one to go. I went out with a smile. Thank you very much!
