The sushi course was excellent - Joe was very professional and made the course very straight forward, with easy guidance. We'll definitely look to take additional courses with Kimura's Kitchen.

I did \Washoku introduction course\ with Joe and i really enjoyed it. What i liked the most are all the small details that you get when working together in this setup (compared to following a recipe for example). Also, Joe has plenty of patience and enjoys doing this so i would highly recommend him and his courses

Really enjoyed the class, not finding anything here in Ireland it was great to find an online cooking school! Ingredients were a bit tricky to find tho...but overall enjoyed the experience :)
I booked a master class last year for me and my husband. Due to Covid class was postponed and postponed until eventually Joe told me it will never happen so i can either get my money back or online classes..we have 2 smalll kids at home , so the online class wont work for us , so Joe told us that we will get our money back and money was transferred. After 2 weeks i could not see it on my bank account and send Joe a receipt from the bank, he said he will send me later that day and now its been 2 months and after several reminders he has blocked me from his website and refuse to answer me . I lost 2000 dkk , its a pity as I really thought he was a professional and was upright on his word.

Awesome class of Japanese food! The teacher was very patient and kind,well-prepared , the taste of the food were original, just like the taste in Japan. Really recommend this class to people who want to learn the real Japanese way to cook or gain some good Japanese culture experiences with friends.
