Totally unreliable and corrupted. They take bribes from companies to cancel reviews when not positive. All my negative reviews has been erased. The positive ones are still published. Shame shame trustpilot. Few years ago it was not the same. Now it's better not to waste time in writing a review on trustpilot. This is my experience. Thanks and regards.

I wrote a genuine bad review for Tiptrans company because of their very poor customer service and lack of willingness to help me plus a poor user experience for web interface and trustpilot rejected my review and even asked me for verification 2 times even though i gave them real and honest evidence (screenshots of my confirmation id and logged in account). Ttustpilot cannot be trusted and I have never in my entire life came across such a dishonest review company. I wouldn't have heard of this dishonest Trustpilot if not for another dishonest Tiptrans who reported my genuine bad experience with them as fake review and never existed. I am an upright person who used their services at least 3 times to confirm they are that bad.
They don't care as long as you pay their extraordinairy bill. We're looking for an alternatieve. Anyone?
Has anyone noticed that most of the 5 star ratings are for some other services/companies, not TrustPilot? Their ranking should be a lot lower than the current 2.3.
Completely lost the plot and now pander to advertisers rather than consumers.
Random treatment of reviews. Not at all trustful.
