Fantastic service via telephone with guidance and recommendations, and then checking with suppliers to make sure that an order would arrive punctually that I had made via their website. Very pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge of staff (Nikolaj).

Super kind service, very customer-oriented. They even called me when the two products I ordered didn't match together, and I could cancel on the spot. I can only recommend!

I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. They told me that they only earn a 10% margin on the camera that I bought (Canon G7x m2) , and that my time was only 50 DKK worth to them. This was part of a conversation in which I asked whether the camera holster came with the camera. They get two stars for giving me the holster after all, but they should really stop insulting their customers. Especially since their math is wrong. 50 DKK is not 10% of 5000 DKK.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. They will give you suggestions when you're lost. The price of the second hand lenses I think were decent.

Photo C is quite a roomy store. One of the big positives about the store is that they've got many of the different brands on display in groups. Meaning that you can easily get a feeling for what you can & cannot get from the store just by looking around.
