Terrible experience - do NOT use this company. We booked a stag to Copenhagen and arranged activities through Pissup Tours. We paid 363pp (nearly 4000 in total). We confirmed and paid for all activities in advance, as requested. However, shortly before arriving in Copenhagen, we were informed that the majority of our activities had been cancelled. We had also paid for a 'club' night and the club were unaware of our booking. At the time of writing this review, it has been nearly 2 weeks since our trip and we have still not been refunded for the activities that were cancelled by the company. It is a complete scam and the company is run by con artists. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Part of a large group that booked activities in Copenhagen through PissUp. We paid in advance for activities but the activities were subsequently cancelled by the company (due to ‘disagreements with the activity companies in Copenhagen’). This was not our fault but PissUp are refusing to fully refund our money. I can’t believe they think it’s acceptable to keep our money. I have asked a friend to write an article in his magazine about PissUp but in the meantime I wanted to share this experience so everyone is aware that this company is COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. UPDATE 23/05: It looks like the company has no shame either. They just copy and paste the same response to each complaint - even to different groups. Just shows how little they care about customers. All they care about is making money through conning customers then using scare tactics to keep the funds. It may have worked in the past but we will stand up to this company so no one else has to go through the same experience again.
Absolute disgrace. We booked activities through Pissup for a stag do in Copenhagen. A day before travelling, the company cancelled some activities. The company requested full payment in advance which we completed and we have not been refunded 1300 for a 'club night' which was cancelled. Firstly, we spoke to the club and they informed us that the price was actually half the amount we paid (i.e. Pissup charged double the price and made 100% profit) and secondly, the club informed us that they have refunded Pissup the full amount. Max, the complaints manager, has refused to discuss the refund and made us a 'take it or leave it' offer of 380 (nearly 1000 loss for our group). Beware and do not make any payments to this company.
10 guys who ordered the Beer Bike, Champagne tasting and stunt man activity. We had a blast and really liked our guide. Copenhagen isn't as expensive as you'd think, great for a stag weekend if you are a bit tired of going to Eastern Europe... Pissup did well, no problem recommending them
