One day at morning I woke up with my back flat tire, since I need my bike to go to work I went at 9 am asking if they could change my tire at the moment. After explain the situation they kindly answer me they could have my bike repaired next Tuesday (it was Thursday).

Took my bike in with a broken mudguard and back tyre, and asked for it to be fixed so I could ride it again. This cost 509kr, however the mudguard was reattached with a cable tie (which won't last long) because apparently they discovered the screw inside the frame is broken. They didn't call me to ask if it was okay to do this, or explain what options I had. When I questioned this, they told me I was in the wrong, and asked me to leave the store as they were closing. Usually very friendly, and helpful when I've been in with questions before, but I won't be returning!

Front staff is friendly and welcoming, but that does not help when most simple repairs are not done properly: went with my bike with a flat tire, bought a new saddle and upon advice new magnetic lights as the old magnets attached to the wheel kept moving around. After I had picked up the bike, I realised that the magnets had not been changed, only the lights. Went to complain. Picked it up again. Magnets had now been changed, but the light only works when biking more than 15 km/h, and not when holding still as promised. All in all useless.

Dårligt håndværk og dårlig service. Dertil kommer unødvendigt høje priser. Vælg hellere en af de mange andre cykelsmede i området (der er mange at vælge imellem).

Meget service minded ansatte i butikken som giver en ren besked omkring reperationer og levering af cykel dele. De gav mig det jeg havde behov for, og ikke det jeg troede jeg skulle bruge. Og oveni fortalte de mig at det var billigere at bestille nogle af delene hjem fra nettet og komme ned til dem og få det monteret hvis ikke jeg selv kunne. Super fedt!

Jeg har betalt 10 års service, da jeg købte min cykel, men endte med at droppe det, og i stedet aflevere min cykel hos en anden forhandler, hvor jeg skal betale hver gang til service, udelukkende pga. dårlig service/behandling på Tagensvej.
