Because of the low price I could accept the chaotic atmosphere there, but the quality of this service is unacceptable.. my nails look like shovels - I think the picture speaks for itself..

Do yourself a favour and just don't go there. They destroyed my nails to the point where it was painful to touch anything for weeks...My cuticles were bleeding and it took about 6 months for my nails to fully recover. They filed SO MUCH of the nail plate away that my fingers were left burning and in pain.

Don't go here. I wanted to refill my shellac and was trying to find a cheaper place in Copenhagen but this was just not worth it and experience was beyond horrible. Not sanitary equipment, the man doing my nails did not wear gloves and had no idea what he was doing. Removing previous layer he used automatic nail file very fast and sloppy, while talking to his colleague in romanian. I was actually scared he will injure me. He used the roughest nail file (nr. 80) on my very thin natural nails and did not shape them evenly at all. After that I switched to a lady further down to apply new shellac and she was very rude and did not care at all. When I said it hurts when putting my nails in lamp (because they are so thin) she just laughed at me, and when I pointed out uneven parts she said it is just \my nails\ and not her doing a bad job. She started applying the top coat before putting the second layer of colour and had to take it all off. Overall the worst experience, very rude, obnoxious and un-educated personal, constantly talking romanian about their clients and did not speak neither danish or english.

Terrible place.. The guy doesn't know to make a pedicure, even not know how to hold a cuticle scissors. They are talking and laughing loudly in a different language as if making fun of customers.

Very good acrylic shellac nails. Fast and efficient service. The cheapest I've found in Cph.

The man who made the manicure on me clearly didn't know what he was doing. He was cutting my cuticles for a long time and only used a machine for polishing my nails. My girl friend and I sat at different tables. Her nails was done in less than half the time it took this guy to make mine ready for you woman who painted the gellack on. She was very professional. But I'll defintely not have that particular man do my nails an other time. His own nails where cut too short except for one of his thumbnails which was too long... All the most common nail polishes for French manicure were used up. And I'm talking 5-6 different light shades of pink. So I had to choose one much lighter than light... Choose your manicurist on his/her own nails, is my best advice!

Absolutely horrible. Thay gave me gellak, even though i asked for normal, and it was BAD! Not even, air bubbles all over and was chipped before even leaving the salon. They removed it but refused to give me back my money. They said i already got a manicure, but they only filled the nail with a very raw file on top. They barely speak English. I can only recommend staying away.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I went in with beautifully strong, long and cared for natural nails, I left, refusing to pay, with completely ruined nails. Two nails were chipped and one broken so far down it hurts, in fact they all hurt....with probably half the natural thickness of the nail gone. Using an electric file rather than acetone to remove gel from natural nails is brutal at best, but when wielded by someone who doesn't care about the damage she inflicts it is truly horrendous, I could have done a better job myself with a Dreml!! The fact they speak no Danish would not be an issue if they at least would or could communicate in English. They are rude and obnoxious, clearly having a good laugh at all of us unsuspectingly letting them lose on our nails. I suspect the fact I was rather loud when I asked if they seriously wanted to put gel straight onto nails that were so bad damaged ensured they'd rather I left without paying than having me cause more of a scene. Sadly it's going to take a very long time for my nails to recover from the encounter, they on the other hand will move onto damage someone else's nails..... They do not deserve even one star!
