Cosy bar with friendly staff.
Went here with a few friends on a recent trip to Copenhagen and absolutely loved it! We got to have some amazing shots with quirky names. The vibe was bright and chilled, and you could completely relax! I would say its not a venue that everyone would enjoy, given the smoking laws in Denmark people are able to smoke indoors (as a smoker I loved being able to smoke indoors again, especially in a cold country). Even if you only pop in for one drink, I definitely recommend going and giving it a try! I can't wait to visit Copenhagen again and hopefully go back to this little gem!
Okey place, fun with some different theme then what is normally is.
Cute place with nice theme. Bartender who is also the manager was alot of fun, and I'm not entirely sure if the other customers were real or employees in the disguise. At least, the guy with the striped shirt - yes, I know who you are, Mr. R.
Called out a staff member for commenting on my body to a group ( kinda muscled here) and I'd only just sat down. I must admit, an interesting theme but I didnt get \ friendly\ as I walked in. Drinks were reasonably priced. Middle Aged Drunk women ruined the ambience too.
I had a great time here and met some great friendly people that made the rest of my Copenhagen trip that much better. The jailhouse theme is cute and bartenders are fun, friendly and offer great service. The only con is that it's a small place and there are a lot of people smoking inside, so I left smelling like an ashtray. This is common amongst many bars in Copenhagen though.
