I had my phone repaired here this summer and despite the quick timing I have never experienced such bad results. Upon collection, I noticed the screen wasn’t showing the usual sign for an empty battery but I was told not to worry. Ever since I left the city, my phone has been barely usable with the screen randomly going black for extended periods of time, the multitouch not responding in certain areas, or glitching out and going all over the place. I soon wrote to the shop inquiring about a refund and was asked to ship the phone back to Denmark: a cost, risk, and use of time that did not seem worth it. In addition, I have not been able to use my apple warranty as the screen used to fix mine was not original, contrary to what what I was told. Overall what seemed like a costly yet efficient service is no way near worth the absurd amount of money, highly disappointed!

Best phone repair shop!! Excellent service!! Very fast !! I was in vacation and had some problems with my iPhone. It was very useful to find this repair shop where they were helpful and fast . I kindly recommend it!!!
If you ever face a problem with your mobile phone in Copenhagen, go to this shop. I was traveling and my iPhone did not start anymore. Even though the shop was about to close in 10 minutes, the guy helped me right away and could fix the problem within 40 minutes at a very reasonable price. He had to work overtime on a Saturday because of me but was really kind and told me that this was not a problem at all. A big THANK YOU - not only for his technical skills but also for his kindness!

The below review resulted in fixing the issues and a compensation for my extra time spent. My review has there been changed, but be prepared that the right treatment might take an effort from yourself. Repair in max 60 minutes -- tada - even though time was booked in advance it took me 1hour 50 minutes before I had my phone back for a screen replacement. And the protective glass I had ordered initially was not available so this was not done. Initially I booked a time where I was advised it was not possible because the spare part was not available. I was supposed to be called for a new appointment, but did not receive a call, even though shop claims they did call(you can see who called, right). The price was quite high - I can at the moment buy a new phone for only 150 DKK more than the price of the repair :( And my Screen now have some white illegible marking instead of Huawei. The 1 star is because the phone actually did get repaired and is working.
I got very good service and my screen was replaced nicely.
