I must admit that I was reluctant when I saw negative reviews on Google, however I still went ahead. To be honest, Dr Elisabeth and her assistant were really good. Not only were they polite, empathetic, but they actually listened and acted in a very professional manner. They removed wart for me and they both helped me stay calm during the process as well. Thank you :)

I can only recommend finding another dermatologist... Really antipathetic and bad communicators...
First couple of appointments have been fine for allergy testing. Then I went to have something removed from my back and sent for diagnosis - this was one month ago and I am still waiting for the response! I now note from the website they are holding a three week vacation and are first back in the office in two weeks. It is not acceptable to have to wait for so long for results that could be serious.
The negative reviews are true, please listen to them! I saw Elisabeth Held here and I consider her to be one of the worst doctors I've ever seen in my entire life. She was extremely late, rude and most importantly displayed zero care at finding out what was causing the problem and figuring out how to treat it (you know, the whole POINT of being a doctor and all). Long story short she was incredibly dismissive of me and basically insisted that my problem was due to insect bites. It was basically impossible that that could be the case since the condition had been developing for many months in many different cities with many different climates. When I stated this, she just stared at me blankly. So I didn't receive the treatment I needed then. I had to wait until the condition became worse and much more obvious and then my GP finally wrote me a prescription. If I had seen a competant dermatologist who cared at all about their paitents, I would have been saved more months of suffering! I have no idea why people like this are practicing medicine. It doesn't make sense for someone who seems to actively hate their job and clients to be in this role. Actually, these reviews make me feel a bit better since I was wondering if she just had a hate-on for me but, no it looks like this is how she always is. Avoid like the plague, especially if you might have a plague!
