My problem with HUAWEI P30 PRO. BOUGHT FROM YOUSEE! I forwarded what I wrote to them! One star, soryy friends, you don't deserve it! Huawei p30pro, from start i could not be able to talk via Bluetooth in car, listening musig true Huawei pods, and so on. I came in the shop, Herning centret, reclame the problem, they have been nice and make some changes in software, 4 times I have been with the same problem. Finally they sent the phone to service, phone came with o problem found\, I didn't took the phone home, they sendt the phone again to service, I got the phone after 5 weeks, software updated, and other 3 things they discover with fejl. Putting the phone in the car to talk via Bluetooth, the same problem!!! I turn back to the shop and send the phone with 2 new video, one with Huawei p30pro talking via Bluetooth to see the bed connection, and then another video with another phone, connected to the same car, same number, same place. It's clearly a problem with Huawei p30pro Bluetooth connection. I got today the phone, no problem found! New software - we couldn't check it out because it was 0 battery. I didn't expect to open the phone and see all my apps.!!! Were is the humanity today! A hole new phone, and a problem from start, and you are acting like this! Shame on you! I will report tomorrow on all the ways to get just what I have paid for!

Ja 5 stjerner til Huaweis tekniske support! Jeg købte min første Huawei-telefon her til formiddag d. 16.3.2020. Det lykkedes mig på ubegribelig kort tid, at få den til at gå totalt i sort under opsætningen. Jeg ringede til Huaweis tekniske support, og fik en i særklasse fremragende vejledning af Hr. Morten. Han forklarede stille og roligt, mens jeg sad med rystende hænder og fulgte hans anvisninger så godt jeg kunne, hvad jeg skulle gøre, og vi fik løst det hele! 1000 tak Morten og undskyld det tog over en time...! :-) Claus O
