Every time I visit the store I’m always greeted by the very professional and service minded staff as soon as I enter the store. The staff always finds a way to accommodate my requests and needs, which I really appreciate. I arrange appointments with my sales associate in advanced to make sure that they have time for me and the right products in store for me. They always go out their way to make me feel special and appreciated by giving me the absolute best service I’ve experienced.

I am always amazed with the high level of professionalism and warm welcoming I receive from my visits at Hermès in Copenhagen. Last week I arranged an appointment with the staff members as I was specifically interested in a few products for my home and wanted to make sure everything was in stock for my visit. While setting up the meeting on the phone, the personnel was truly accommodating and tried their best to find a time which suited my busy schedule. After the appointment I left the store incredibly satisfied with my purchases and truly impressed by the excellent service the Hèrmes staff provided throughout the whole process - from setting up a meeting, displaying the products in the store, and recommendations for the future.
It is always a pleasure visiting the Hermès store in Copenhagen. Sales Assistant Anis has been a wonderful help!!!! He is extremely welcoming and super kind. I have never met a Sales Assistant who is so good at their job, he gave super feedback and helped us find the right product. If you go into the Hermès store in Copenhagen, you MUST ask for Anis, and ONLY Anis. He will be the best help you can get, and you will definitely enjoy your shopping experience.
