Been living in an Heimstaden property and I can just say they're highly professional people, attentive to the inquiries and responsive. I had experiences with other agencies before and have to say this has been the best. Thanks for your good work!

Poor maintenance of the property and very unresponsive administration. In sum, do not recommend! We have been living in an apartment rented through Heimstaden for about a year now. During this year, we have experienced numerous issues with the apartment as well as the common areas in the building. In particular, we have had three occurrences of water leakage from our ceiling as a result of rain or melting snow, a bug infestation, high humidity, and mold in the basement, which resulted in us having to throw away several items from our storage as well as made the storage unit practically unusable so that we now have to store our suitcases and other items in the apartment. In all these situations, Heimstaden's actions and response were absolutely not professional as they practically ignored our requests for fixing the issues with the water damage, didn't respond to our emails for weeks and even months, and never returned the calls they had promised. It has been half a year since the water leak number two, and Heimstaden has still not done anything about it. It took 2 months after the second leak, for Heimstaden to send the contractors to look at the issue, but this did not result in any follow up actions. We have just had a third occurrence of water leak in our apartment and are waiting to see how Heimstaden will handle it this time. Lastly, the humidity and the bug issues persist to this day as well.
Never ever. Better stay in a 5 start hotel. :) It will cost you less.
As a current tenant (2 years and counting) I can say only good things about heimstaden administration and technical department. Everything goes smoothly, maintenance is on point and when i run into some issues with balcony doors in my apartment, technical service was at my doors in no time. So, i can only say thank you Heimstaden. Keep up the good work
Avoid at all cost! Overpriced repair cost at the end of the rental agreement, and it takes forever to get the little money left from the deposit back (if any!). The customer service is bad, feels like they just don’t care. Housing quality was also mediocre, several issues that remain unfixed for the duration of our rental. Simply rent elsewhere, you will regret.
Heimstaden has been nothing but of great service to me, when moving in to my new apartment. The replies are quick, and they get the job done fast if there are any slight issues. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely terrible experience renting an apartment from Heimstaden. Avoid if possible!
