A charming little yoga studio. It feels like you are visiting good friends. I would suggest the owners to restrict the classes for a smaller amount of participants though. But other than that, it is a very pleasant place to practise yoga. Will come back!
Amazing yoga studio with great location, prices and teachers. I would 100% repeat when I go back to the city! The only thing it’s laking is some showers... it’s actually a bit annoying you can’t go to a yoga class and then have a walk in the center or to dinner, instead you need to go home to shower if you don’t want to be sweaty all day evening. This is the reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5.
Love love love this studio. Prices are reasonable, classes aren’t packed, staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Hands down the best yoga studio I’ve been to between Denmark and the US. Classes are all in English.

(Italian below) I have been living in Copenhagen for 4 years and tried different yoga studios. This is probably the best one you can find in the city, and in all Denmark. The yoga teachers are all great and very skilled. Expect hatha and vinyasa classes. Recommended!! For both locals and visitors Probabilmente il migliore studio yoga dove ho praticato. Lo classi sono in stile Hatha e vinyasa. Consigliato caldamente! Sia per chi vive a Copenaghen sia per turisti in visita.
This is a beautiful yoga studio. Classes in Copenhagen can be quite expensive if you are only a casual and do not have a membership. The intro 3 class pass is perfect for my few days in Copenhagen. I tried another hot studio and while it was good its was very expensive!!! I walked away from Hamsa having learnt something new about my practice, feeling lighter and looking forward to my next class here!
