The truth is that I am very disappointed, the first and last time I order in this place through the restaurant's website thinking that I would get a better experience, and it was not like that! We asked for the order, we received the confirmation email to withdraw at a certain time, upon arrival they told us that there was no registered order when we had the email with the confirmation, however, they did not provide us with any solution, only to wait the next day, we asked and we still get no response. We do not receive the food or the money back on our account. We will clearly not order again at this place, we wasted money, they didn't make our food and left with nothing.

Friendly staff and some really good burgers! Students get 20% off and the price is also fair without the discount. I was also very surprised about how fast the food got served. All in all a positive experience!
This place is super irresponsible with their customers! Yesterday we bought food through the grillen burger's website. The purchase was made at 8:30 p.m., the page gave us to choose a time to pick up the food at the restaurant and the time was at 9 p.m. (closing time). When we arrived at grillen burger to pick up our food that we had previously paid for it on the website, the manager Andreas told us that they had no order and that the kitchen and restaurant were already closed. We showed him the confirmation that they sent us to the email with which the order was confirmed and the manager was surprised and told us that he didn't know what had happened with our order but that he couldn't do it because the kitchen had already closed. We left the place because they didn't show any solution at the time on their part, we had already paid, we left the place without food and with the payment already made. I sent an email this morning to grillen burger in the form of a claim for them to refund the money since they didn't give us our food and we have the confirmation of the payment made and they have already deducted it from my bank. I want my money back, just that.
We ordered online, it was not ready when we came to pick it up, they said they did'n't get the order... Then we had to wait an additional 10 min, they apologised, gave 2 cans of cola as apologies-that felt good-but... as we got home, the order was incomplete! My french fries were missing! And the drinks included in the menu we ordered were also missing! So i will never order online from this place again! The burgers were good! That's why the 2 stars!
