The best hat shop I’ve ever visited. The chap behind the counter was quite a character from his long white beard to his sharp wit and humour. And what a salesman (and all in English). I bought one hat and could have bought 2 more. A national treasure.

The guy who sells the hats is straight up from a century ago. He'll trick you into buying a hat you probably don't need, with his wit, charm, and extensive knowledge. Beware, if you don't want to buy an expensive hat, don't go there! It's very difficult to resist him. My boyfriend failed miserably. Now he's a proud owner or a driver's cap and he couldn't be happier. I swear to god, since he bought it, his eyes lit up brighter when he sees his reflection in the mirror, than when he sees me. \\_(ツ)_/
The staff was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Helped me find a better hat then the one I had just seen in the shop window. He was also very nice and have me suggestions on where to go for beers and food in Copenhagen. Great service, and a good experience, with a guy that actually know what he is talking about, and had the time, and patience to help me find exactly what I wanted. I recommend going by and have a look
Exceptionally good service! Large selection of caps in all sizes. Not cheap but products of highest quality. Very well English speaking and they do TaxFree. Veri satisfied :)
The customer service at this store is incredible! Bernhard went above and beyond to help me get the correct size hats for my husband after I had purchased the wrong size. The reason this was so special, is because I didn't realize I had the wrong size until I got home. I shipped them back to his store with a letter and had sent an email. Once he received the hats, we went back and forth via email and he sent pictures to show which hats were available in the correct size! And once I made a decision he helped to ship them back to me. I didn't know what to expect when I sent them back, as I wasn't able to reach anyone via phone. But I was completely taken care of with kindness and understanding. I would highly recommend this shop! The hats are of amazing quality, the shop itself is quaint and historic, and the service impeccable.
Good quality and the service is definitely 5 stars worth.
