I don't receive all mails I am expecting especially important once as CPR for a year now. At the office they don't have a direct customer service to solve the problem. They gave me a number that put me on an advertisement waiting line for 15 minutes without results.
rudest customer service ever. Sent my package to a different post office and was sent out to hunt for it around the city on my own.
It is not correct that this place is closed permanently. It is now only serving commercial and not private customers. There are also plenty if package dispensing machines inside. Went there today.
I don't usually write reviews unless I think it is necessary. My experience at the post office was abysmal to say the least. You'd expect a happy response to when you give them money, but I guess things work differently there. I wanted to send a box to another country, though I did succeed, I felt like the service was annoyingly bitter. Maybe it was the weather, however, there is no excuse for being rude. I'll give them this rating just as a reminder that the people they disrespect (Their damn customers) are the ones that subsidize their failing business. It costs me more money to use this service than UPS, it was just due to technicalities that I couldn't choose their competitors. If postal service is what you need, I recommend finding an alternative.
POSTE RESTANTE This office offers the service Poste Restante, you can just address your correspondence with your name plus the following and you will get your mails: Poste Restante Pilestræde 58 1112 Copenhagen Denmark -- REMARKS -- NO RECYCLING there is no garbage differentiating for custom in the office, that's a pity because of the big amount of recyclable materiel is disposed just unsorted in one bin
You can’t buy stamps in a official post office? How poor is that? They send us to a kiosk nearby, with overpriced stamps!
