Some fine artefacts such as ornamental pitchers. A pleasurable garden with a pious sculpture. Staff are courteous and clean cut. A tad bit officious. Ambassador Mr. Gupte(2019) friendly, somewhat tedious. Processing can be more efficient, heaps of paper records lying stacked can be seen- searching through them can be a huge waste of time and resources. Electronic records are suggested.

Timely service
I had flight tickets to Nepal with my girlfriend. We had to change flight in New Delhi and therefore we called the Indian embassy and asked if we needed Visa to India. The guy was very rude and said we didn't need a Visa and I asked if he was sure several times - and he said YES and hang off. When we arrived in the airport they refused to let us on the plane so we needed to buy new flight tickets for 7.000 DKK. It's extremely embarrassing you don't even know the rules for your own country. We just lost 7000 DKK/1200 because of you.
