Consular Section works fast. The communication was great and staff very helpful. Just one advice: follow the guidelines of the submission with attention (in the case of visa application), prepare the all the documents neatly and the process will be fast and with no problems. Ask them if you don't understand something, instead of doing things that are not clear.

Extremely bad experience. Just before heading, I had previously reviewed, pointed out gramma errors and approved a draft of the power of attorney. I was supposed to simply go there and sign the final version of the document, instead, it took around 2 hours, as I was required, once again, to review and point out the VERY SAME gramma errors. Another problem to mention is that the password system does not work, so you never know when it is your time to get to the counter. As an embassy it truly represents the bad quality of service found in Brazil, when it comes to public sector.

There is often connection errors with the website, witch make it awfull when you have to see the information on the website itself. I can connect perfectly with other webpages, but there seem to be rather often problems with the server
