awesome bike shop with outstanding service! 6 out of 5 stars! after i arrived in copenhagen, looking for a bike was (obviously) one of the first things to do : ) since i only stayed in CPH for 3 months, i was looking for a second-hand bike. in total, i contacted 12 bike shops. many of the shops had quite good second-hand bikes in their shops, but the price-quality relation didn't convince me. \Ekspres Klassisk Cykler\ was the 12th shop that i visited. i was warmly welcomed and they presented me their second-hand bikes. i bought a city bike with the best value for money i have seen so far, two lights and a locker. they were extremely friendly to me during the whole sales process and assured me that i can come whenever i have a problem with my bike. two days later, as happens in life, my bike already got punctured. i brought my bike to the shop and and they - keeping their promise - directly repaired it. after some minutes, i already had my bike back, fully repaired. in my view, this is how a bike service has to look like. their service (both their repair work and their friendliness towards the customer) coulnd't be any better. this is what i call a great service! : )
