A nice terminal. The terminal is small .The terminal is quite busy so do take care of your luggage. Wheel luggage users may encounter some difficulties as the ramps and lift may be located further away than normal escalators. There are some seatings around but it is usually occupied.

The highlight of my trip in Europe! We made the reservation a bit late so we ended up booking the Commodore deluxe cabin which included breakfast and access to the private lounge Note: photos taken in August

Fantastic option to get from Copenhagen to oslo. We paid 84 pounds Stirling for a double bed cabin inside (no window). We arrived at the boat at 1pm for a 4.30 departure. This was a bit too early - you could arrive about an hour before. Checking in was quick and easy. The room is small but comfortable, it has an en-suite. The only downside of the room was how hot it got at night, we struggled to sleep as the room was very hot. I was surprised at how modern the ship was. The restaurants on board are nice (Expensive) they have a buffet restaurant, espresso house, steakhouse and an Italian restaurant. The Italian restaurant had gluten free pizza (Pizza ranged from 100-145 DK). A bottle of beer cost about 45 DK and glass of wine was 60-100 DK. The boat had beautiful views coming into Oslo. We arrived in Oslo at 9.45 and managed to get into the city centre for 10.30am - you can walk from the terminal it took about 20 minutes. Would recommend and would take this mode of transport again.

Gets you from Copenhagen to Oslo (and back if you wish) and that's about it. Customer service is minimal at best. Double charged me at Duty free shop and was very difficult to get the refund back on my card. Rooms are very basic but was expected.

The ferry offers a great service. I believe is the best way to go to Oslo from Copenhagen and vice versa if you have 18 hours free time. The terminal has bathroom and you can buy candies, but not coffee available until you get inside de ferry (if you need it like me, pick up one in the nordhavn train station).
