For such a physically small place there is a bunch of cool stuff. (Note: This is an art center where one goes “that’s cool” and not a place of awe.) In spite of that, if you’re into chair design be ready to be turned on like never before when you enter into a hallway filled with chairs stacked 3-high from floor to ceiling on both walls.

It's a good place to get to know more about Danish design. Would be even more interesting if you could touch and try the furniture to be able to feel the similarities and differences. Besides that all was good!

Only one note, they front apply the Tuesday free museum policy, so don't feel you need to put it in your Tuesday list, enjoy any day (except Monday). Also, they offer an annual pass that has very competitive price
Have always been a fan of Danish design, so I was really excited to that I was finally going to visit this awesome museum. And it did not disappoint at all. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and pretty much soaked it all in. The museum itself is not that hard to get to, and the people that work there are super friendly. If you’re not a fan of design or not inclined towards design thinking, then do not waste your time. However, if you like the design and the design language, this place is a MUST see while in Copenhagen!
Very interesting museum, well curated. Shows lots of beautifully designed furniture, home and kitchen ware, AMAZING chair collection. However, they really should do a better job maintaining the place: too many floor tiles are broken (which makes walking inside a bit dangerous, plus it makes weird noises when stepping on these), also, some articles are so dusty! They should do a better job cleaning the place. Quite embracing i must say, truly not on par with the level of the museum itself.
Very cool museum and worth checking out while in Copenhagen. I especially enjoyed the chair exhibit. Can't go wrong with Danish design and this is definitely the place to get the history of it.
